Co Broking - Part 2

Landlord and Tenant met for the first time. As we were going through the draft TA, Tenant threw some questions pertaining to Landlord's and Tenant's liabilities on the air-con compressors. Landlord was defensive and was trying to push back to Tenant. Luckily Adrian and I were around to help diffuse those points and both parties eventually agreed to share cost in the event of a failure.

All other points cleared! Yes! This deal is good. Now for the Letter of Acceptance and TA.
