WHOW! What a way to start the month and a Monday! Ideal case happened - 1 viewing and closed at the same time. Contracted signed on Tue and will collect commission today.
Another 2 office space requests came in on Mon and they look just as delicious. Hopefully they can stay with me and I think I can close on them also.
